Your
first visit
When you start care with
us, your first 60-minute appointment will allow your chiropractor to find out
all they can about your health and your health journey through life. Questions
will be asked about your health history and an assessment of the flexibility
and function of your spine and nervous system will be made. Depending on these
results an X-ray exam may also be taken.
During your second visit
you will find out how your chiropractor intends to facilitate your healing.
This will include:
- An individually tailored
visit plan
- The type of adjustments
you will need
- Discussion of changes
to expect
- Your first adjustment!
Regular visits take 10-15
minutes. Our practice undertakes progress evaluations after every twelve visits.
This is an exciting time as it provides a chance to see how you have progressed
under care. It also provides a chance to discuss any questions that have arisen
during your care.

We recommend a minimum of one month's care and promote
concession cards as the most affordable option. Care is eligible for Health Insurance and
ACC subsidy, where applicable. We accept all major credit cards, EFTPOS, cash
and cheque.
